South America
Find yourself totally immersed in the mystery and beauty of the Inca Trail as we hike at Machu Pichu, the “Ancient Peak”. You’ll feel history comes alive as we follow pathways blazed centuries ago that remain as they were then. Unknown to the modern world until recently. No ropes, chaines or barriers to block your view of beauty and history.
Asia
Walk along one of the Seven Wonders, as we explore ancient – and thoroughly modern – China. Every Asian country displays an amazing contrast between the old and new – and we can explore it all!
Africa
Adventure awaits you at every turn. From scaling through tunnels and chambers of the pyramids in Egypt to watching elephants playfully splash themselves to cool off with the heat of the day in Kenya, or we can walk up Mount Kilimanjaro in 6 days; the tallest free standing mountain in the world. Africa remains a great wilderness – with excitement at every turn.
Greece
Ancient history comes alive! The structures of past civilizations will leave you breathless…but if you crave even more excitement, the Agean Sea is a perfect spot for undersea adventure. We can scuba, snuba, or snorkel the worlds largest volcano erruption ever to take place and see the lost city of Atlantis and the ancient wonders of the world. Sip Grappa in Santorini overlooking the incredible reflection from the marble base under the sea while reflecting off of the "white city" in incredible contrast to the deep colors of blue radiating from the sea.
Tahiti
Follow swift flowing streams as we make our way down from Mount Orohena through lush vegetation to the crystal waters of the Pacific and dive in. Maybe today we lay around on hammocks perfectly placed between two palm trees, admiring the gentle waves touching the beach, while you contemplate trying wind surfing or kayaking with me. How about me letting you take charge of the boat as we sail effortlessly, wind blowing into the sails, coasting on the bay to Bora Bora.
Austrailia
From the Sydney Opera House to the desolation of the outback, Australia is a study in contrasts. We'll Enjoy friendly locales – and friendlier people as you discover Australia in ways no other tour guide can show you. From camping out in the outback with the kangaroo to meandering through New Zealands cool waters at the base of its waterfalls, to the gorgeous beach sunsets at both locations, we can do any or all of it together.
India
India maintains the majesty and romance of the ancient, like the Taj Mahal in Agra or participating with the Cobra snake charmers and eating fried scorpions, a local delicacy. Experience both with me and then we can see the modern side and how they blend both harmonuously. Whatever type of adventure you desire, India will amaze you!
Middle East
The Middle East is the centerpiece for history and differing cultures. Current cultural changes effecting the world, shaping its current history are under way; and it’s all remarkable. Visit sites dating back 7 thousand years such as Petra Jordan; a beutiful lost city in a gorge where builders committed suicide if they made an error while performing there trade rather than disgrace themselves with failure. See the brilliant stars from the Wadi Rum Dessert where there are no lights at night for hundreds of miles to change your view. We can experience Modern day Haifa or Tel Aviv. Drink tea with me, speak with one of my Rabbi, Islamic, or Bedouin aquaintances and gain there insight into how culture really is here while viewing the cultural complexities surrounding the Wailing wall (Solomons Temple dating back 3000 years) and the Dome of the Rock (dating back to 687 AD) which sits on top of the Temple. We can scuba or swim in the Red Sea, float in the dead sea where no swimming is required and the salts cleanse your body or walk the roads of the oldest known city in Damascas described and discussed in the Bible.
Europe, southern
Experience the romance of a gondola ride; swim in the warm waters of the Mediterranean where water is clear, clean and deep blue, or visit out of the way villages in Spain, Portugal, and Croatia. I can introduce you to friends who own the local bars and cafes overlooking the roads famous for Monte Carlos race, or sit along the beaches of Caanes sipping cocktails at sunset, after showing you why the movie stars prefer hanging out in Caanes.
Europe, western
So much to see and do – everywhere you look is the sophistication and beauty of Europe. Sit in a mid-city bistro and people watch to your heart’s content. Go dancing in the most glamorous cities. Hike, bike, climb – there’s always something new to do. Let culture take our breath away while talking with the local painters on the bridges in Paris overlooking Notre Dame and the Louvre, where the greatest exhibition of art in the world resides immersed in the parks and next to the beautiful Seine river. We can scale the Eiffel Tower to see the city lights start to glow than cozy up to coffee at an outdoor Bistro overlooking Napoleons' Arc de triomphe then go to the provocative and decadent balls and coctail parties of Carnival in Venice in desguise behind our hand carved masks. Perhaps I'll take you to Morono, an island in Venice, to try glass blowing from my friends ancient glass blowing plant dating back hundreds of years. Morono is touted aqs the worlds best hand blown glass.
Indonesia
Even if you’ve never thought of Indonesia before, you’ll find it unforgettable once you visit. Jakarta has had amazing growth and development in recent years. You’ll love the first-class feel of the city and adore the remote villages that you can visit on a motorcycle tour. I can teach you to ride, do it for you or we can do it a different way. It’s the perfect Southeast Asia getaway.
Europe, middle & northern
From ancient German castles and brick laiden streets of Prague Czechia, to speeding along the Autobahn and skiing in Switzerland, you’ll discover for yourself the meaning of “Old World Charm”.
